Commissioning the artist means that the client agrees to the terms and services.

The client must be 18 years or older if the commission involves any adult content.

Major changes can be made only during the sketching phase (changing poses, outfit designs, hairstyles, etc)

Maximum of 3 revisions after the sketching phase, further revisions will have additional fees at the artist's discretion.

For commercial use - 2x - 3x of the base price.

Commissions may be streamed live or posted publicly by the artist with a lower resolution except when the client pays for nondisclosure fee.

Rights and Usage

I retain the rights to every image I produce.

The client may not claim to have made the artwork. The client may not resell the artwork without express permission of the artist.

Client must credit the artist if the art is used to promote or post in social media

Reselling the artwork as a non-fungible token, or NFT is strictly forbidden.

Client do not have the right to use commission work for AI artwork.

I may use commission work for promotional purposes.

Client is allowed to use commissioned art as decoration for social media, so long as it is for PERSONAL USE only and NOT make any profit from it and gives proper credit to artist, "Byte-Artist"

Client may print out the commissioned art, so long as it is for PERSONAL USE only and NOT for sale

Client will receive via email or google drive link:

Full resolution png with commission watermark (including client's and artist's names)

Full resolution png without watermark

Ordering and Payment

Orders are collected via Google Form.

Clients are free to be put in the waitlist until it's their turn in the queue

If client does not respond within 48 hours of me contacting about the commission, the spot will be given to someone else

Payment is made through Paypal or Stripe. Prices are in USD

Preferably half payment is made before the artist start the commission.

The other half payment will be paid after the client received the commission piece

If the character is extremely detailed or complex, the client will be charged extra. This will be discussed before sending the invoice.

Cancellation & Refunds

If client cancels the commission, there is a 50% charge fee. Applied only when I have started the commission and during the sketching phase.

If I reach the coloring phase, there will be no refund.

If I cancel the commission at any phase, client will receive full refund

Deadline & Workspeed

Client may set deadline, but keep it reasonable! Minimum time needed to finish a commission can range between a week to a month, depending on the art piece and how busy I am.

If client needs their commission finished quickly and wants priority, they must pay the Priority completion/rush order fee

Commissioned art delivery can be expected between a week to two months after the first payment is made
